Nano Cement, Steel & Construction Industries Conference Ushering to the Next Big Investment Surge
Conference designed to present current roadmap of development to advanced construction, and will include tactics for launching the unique characteristics of nanoscale materials into valuable products for consumers.
Cairo, Egypt- Nano Cement, Steel & Construction Industries Conference will be held May16-17, 2009 in the heart of Cairo, Egypt.
The backbone of the conference will comprise a broad coverage of the international nanoconstruction industry with the latest practical developments for structure, function, energy, sustainability, coatings and biomaterials. The conference will also encompass the techniques and benefits of investing in and assimilating new technologies for multinational corporations as well as small startups.
The potential for nanotechnology in construction has been repeatedly hammered home by various groups worldwide, yet uptake remains gradual. The research-backed global benefit of nanoconstruction is the incentive in encouraging venture-seekers to start seizing opportunities and drive the new age of construction forward. This conference serves as a level playing field for the consolidation of ideas.
A line of distinguished expert speakers with extensive backgrounds from the global nanotechnology community will be exchanging research and developments with schemes from business entities, including advice for start-ups, project management and development.
Several presentations will be held during the sessions on May 16 and 17, with researchers from elite academic institutions including: University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain, Technical University of Denmark, University of Milan–Bicocca in Italy, and ESPCI ParisTech in France.
They will be joined with experts from prominent corporations including Italcementi, the Italian multinational company attaining status as the 5th largest cement producer in the world. Additionally speaking will be the corporate research and development director of Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua (GCC), a Mexico-based cement company with branches in the United States and Latin America.
