Nanotechnology Entrepreneurship – Commercializing early stage emerging technologies

Robin Mansukhani is an Entrepreneur in Residence with Livingston Securities, specializing in venture creation and the development of early stage technologies.  Robin is a founder of Cense Biosciences, GreenWood Technologies, and LivinGreen Materials, all recent spin outs from major U.S. research universities / government labs.  His work includes interfacing with leading scientists and inventors for the purpose of forming start-up companies.  Focus areas include the major sectors affected by nanotechnology – green buildings, advanced materials, healthcare, and renewable energy.

Robin was previously a co-founder of Azano pharmaceuticals in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Azano is a spin-out from the University of New Mexico focused on the treatment of lupus as it relates to kidney disease. Prior to co-founding Azano, Robin was an Associate with The Maple Fund, a seed stage venture capital fund in Cleveland, Ohio. Robin's duties included diligence on early stage companies and the fund raising of Maple Fund I.  Investments include Pacific Biosciences and 10CTech.  Robin is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where he received a BS in Biochemistry. Robin has also served a term in Americorps, where he led literacy and healthcare education for children ages 6-12 in Cleveland, Ohio
